NYN 24 Matte Lipstick set Review & Swatches (VIDEO)

Hello everyone,

So it has been a while since I posted a video and also a review of any lipstick/lip product. If you follow me on my social media Instagram & Snapchat and see my snaps there you would know I had posted about this NYN 24 Matte Lipstick set but did not reveal the details then. Since that day I received a lot of requests to review and show it.So I finally decide to film it and you know what it took me 2 days to record/film, edit,crop and all that jazz to finally accomplish the unthinkable. I finally uploaded the video yesterday and would love if you watch it to know my thoughts, review and swatches of these. I swatched 24 lipsticks and at the end of it my lips were burning so I hope you like my effort  and show some love to my video ☺☺

Unlike blogging Youtube is very time consuming and requires a lot of planning in terms of content,filimg, lighting etc etc. I like to keep my videos simple for now but I am slowly learning how to get better each time. Dressing up for the camera is something I am learning because being at home would you even care to bother how you look.. Lol

The mascara comes in a bright purple packaging with the brand name printed in bold and in gold color. The One logo is on the top of the tube. The mascara is user friendly and travel friendly in my opinion.

Coming to the mascara the formula is not very wet nor dry perfect and in between I would say. The wand is interesting and something different which helps in curving and coating the lashes properly. It will curl your lashes well but like I always have said without using an eyelash curler the lashes would not look shockingly different and I always make sure to curl my lashes. It is waterproof which I really like and look for in a mascara so I am happy in that department. Overall I have been loving this mascara as 2 coats of it make my lashes look fuller after application. Also I did not experience flaking which is good and something I am pleased with. I would recommend this to everyone because it is affordable, waterproof and does the job well.

I have had hair fall problem since my teenage years and now more so because of a medical problem I have. Step one is OILING: Part your hair and apply Himalaya’s Anti-Hair Fall Hair Oil on the scalp. Massage the scalp gently in a circular motion using your fingertips so that the oil is absorbed into the scalp. Soak a towel in hot water and wrap your hair with it for 30 minutes before washing.

The hair oil is lightweight, non sticky and  is enriched with the goodness of Bhringaraja and Amalaki. This helps in  strengthening  the root shafts and preventing hair fall. It has a lovely faint scent and works well into the hair.

Step two is SHAMPOO:Gently massage Himalaya’s Anti-Hair Fall shampoo into wet hair and scalp. Leave for two to three minutes, and rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary. The product is effective for all hair types and is safe to use on artificially colored or permed hair.

The shampoo is white in color and has an amazing fragrance. Please shampoo the hair twice if you have generously applied oil on the scalp or the scalp will not be free of the oil residue.

Step three is  CONDITION - After shampooing, gently apply Himalaya’s Anti-Hair Fall Conditioner along the length of hair from base to tip. Leave for two minutes or even more if you have time and rinse thoroughly after. The product is suitable for all hair types and is safe to use on artificially colored or permed hair.

The conditioner is formulated with Butea Frondosa, Bhringaraja and Chickpea that nourishes hair and helps prevent excess hair fall, leaving your hair soft, silky and smooth. Use it on your hair and not on your scalp. I would say if you have time wrap it in a bun and leave it for 15 - 30 minutes using a shower cap it works wonders trust me. After done do wash your hair thoroughly to avoid any residue.

Step four is PROTECT - After conditioning, take a small amount of Himalaya’s Anti-Hair Fall cream and gently run it through your hair strands, while it’s damp. Use it regularly after conditioning to maintain healthy hair. The product is suitable for all hair types and is safe to use on artificially colored or permed hair.

The face pack is mustard yellow in color and gritty in texture. Because I have normal skin for now I used it with rose water.You must never forget the neck as it tends to be darker than the face. The pack smells like orange for obvious reasons and is very refreshing. Once it dries I wash it off and pat dry my face. The skin is instantly brightened and looks fresh so polished and brightened skin hell yes! Well about tanning I am not sure as I am not tanned at the moment but I know that orange peel powder helps in reducing tan so a big thumbs up for that and I am sure it will work in resolving that.In my opinion this face pack will work best for all skin types especially during as the skin tends to get dull,tired and tanned. I highly recommend you to check this product out.

The body cleanser is yoghurt (dahi) based and very gentle on the skin. The cleanser is shiny white in color with no artificial color or fragrances. Bergamot has citrus like properties and reminds me of lemon which is one of the major ingredient due to which the body cleanser makes you feel fresh and energized. It also contains Sandhal (Sandalwood) which adds a lovely earthy scent to it making you feel calm and relaxed.

When I use this cleanser 2 generous pumps are good enough for the whole body. It lathers well but for best use you would have to use a loofah. What I liked is the unique combination of Bergamot and Sandalwood which are 2 contrasting fragrances but come together well and make you energized and refreshed post shower. It does a good job of cleansing the skin and leaves no residue behind however the smell is not long lasting and won't linger for more than an hour. Personally  I like strong scented body washes and this is mild to my liking however the product is of amazing quality and those who like their products mildly scented would love this one and should go for it.
