The cap is screwable and does not create any mess. This one is a keeper and I won't be throwing it out ever because of the unique packaging it comes in.

Tender care is one of the best selling products from Oriflame and so they had to come up with a special edition.The balm is smooth in texture and has almost no fragrance.I used it on my lips and they felt soft and supple. This balm can also be used on your cuticles to soften them or on the face to cure dry patches.The quality is amazing and if you check for reviews online, you will only find people raving about it. Nothing more to say other than you must definitely must try it and you will fall in love with it.
