Current Products in my Rotation!

I've always been one to carry tons of makeup with me in my handbag, but in the past year or so, I've been carrying a lot less makeup with me in my bag, and leaving more at home. I use to literally bring with me every item of makeup I'd be wearing on a certain day, just "in-case" something happens and I'll need to fix it. Nowadays, I only bring a few items with me - a powder compact for touch ups, a lipstick and gloss, eyeliner and a couple brushes. (I haven't been ruining the lining of my handbags either - yay!)

My "every day" products change quite often, as I'm constantly trying new things. But to keep my most used products handy, I keep them all in one place for easy access. If a certain product isn't getting much use, I'll put it back in my storage system so I don't have a bin of overflowing products.

Here's a peek at what I've been using lately!
NARS Pro Prime Smudgeproof Eyeshadow Base (travel size) - I recently got this in a swap, and so far I like it. I don't find it much different than Urban Decay Primer Potion, but it's a good primer that keeps my eye shadow in place all day.
YSL Eyeliner Effet Faux Cils Longwear Cream Eyeliner in Deep Black - (reviewed here). This is my current favorite cream liner, and I use it just about every day!
Bobbi Brown Longwear Cream Eyeshadow in Stone - Stone is a light, taupe shade that is very soft and natural. I like using it smudged into my lash line for a very soft look. It's quite similar in color to MAC Groundwork Paintpot.
MAC Paintpot in Constructivist - Constructivist is a gorgeous bronzed-brown with a reddish undertone. Many times I use it alone smudged into my lash line, or as a base for my brown eyeshadow.
Chanel Illusion d'Ombre Long-Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Epatant - (reviewed here) I haven't had this very long, but I've been wearing it just about every chance I get. It seems to blend really well with my every day brown shadows.
MAC Brule Eyeshadow - Brule is a matte, soft ivory. I use it every day all over my lid before applying any other eyeshadow. It evens out the color on my lids and makes my lids a perfect blank canvas for my eyeshadow and liner.
L'Oreal Infallible Eyeshadows in Endless Pearl, Iced Latte, Bronzed Taupe and Amber Rush - These are pretty new to my collection, but they are everything that everyone has been raving about. They are wonderful, dreamy-smooth and intensely pigmented shadows. I love using Endless Peal all over my lid (as it's just like MAC Brule, but more pigmented). Iced Latte as a highlight, and Bronzed Taupe and Amber Rush in my crease. (I'll do a separate post on these later!)
Christian Dior Five Golds 5-Colour Eyeshadow Palette - (reviewed here) This is an older limited edition palette, but it's one of my favorite palettes. All 5 colors go together so wonderfully and when using this palette, I never need to reach for any additional colors. This palette has it all. If you can get your hands on one in a blog sale, swap, etc, I highly recommend it!

Christian Dior Diorskin Nude Fresh Glow Hydrating Makeup Foundation - (reviewed here) A great, light-med coverage foundation. I don't use it every day, because I don't want to run out too quickly, but I wear it very often.
Maybelline Superstay Makeup - (reviewed here) This is one of my favorite drugstore foundations for the great coverage, and long-lasting wear.
Coastal Scents Camo Quad Concealer Wheel - (reviewed here) I wasn't too crazy about this concealer at first, but it grew on me for covering blemishes. It has close-to-full coverage and the dry texture is great, so the product won't "slip" once you apply additional makeup on top.
Make Up Forever Full Cover Concealer - I really like this concealer for my under eyes. It has great coverage, and once powdered, it doesn't budge throughout the day. It also doesn't settle or cake in my fine lines.
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Powder - I typically don't like silica powders, but from all of the brands I've used, this one is my favorite. It does a fantastic job at "softening" the appearance of my pores and doesn't give my skin a weird white cast. (Review to come soon!)
Christian Dior Amber Diamond - (reviewed here) This has been my favorite highlighter since I first purchased it this past summer. It gives my skin such a soft, natural glow. It's not too frosty or shimmery - it's just perfect. I don't wear highlighter every day, but when I do, this is the one I usually reach for.
Chanel Joues Contraste Blush in Orchid Rose - This blush has been featured on my blog several times, as it's one of my favorite blushes of all time. It's a soft, neutral pink that warms up very nicely to my cheeks. It applies silky smooth, and never looks blotchy or over-the-top. Just a perfect blush that goes with everything!
Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush in Exposed - (reviewed here) This is another one of my recent buys, and has been getting tons of use this month! Just a very pretty, soft rosy pink that again, goes with just about everything.

IT Cosmetics Heavenly Luxe Powder Brush - Words cannot describe how much I love this brush! It's my current favorite brush for setting powder or powder foundation. I also like using it for blending my liquid foundation once it's been applied, and I've even used it applying cream foundation. It's very soft and dense, feels wonderful on the face, and blends liquid and powder products perfectly.
Anastasia Clear Brow Gel - This has been my favorite brow gel for the past several months. I have very unruly and coarse brows, and this keeps them in place very well throughout the day.
Maybelline Mastershape Brow Pencil - (reviewed here) I really like this product for coloring in my brows. I can color them in very quick, and they always look well groomed and natural. I just wish it was retractable. Considering it's a wax pencil, when sharpened, it doesn't create a pointed tip, so you can't really get much precision with this pencil.
Shiseido Mascara Base - This base keeps my lashes curled all day, and makes my lashes look longer and volumized. I always apply one coat after I've curled my lashes, and then I'll apply my mascara. The result is mega-lashes! I think everyone needs a tube of this in their life.
Maybelline The Falsies Mascara - (reviewed here) In conjunction with the Shiseido Base, my lashes always look very full and long. This is my absolute favorite drugstore mascara for it's awesome volume. I must have said this over 100 times in my blog, but I'll say it again and again!
Smith's Rosebud Lip Salve - My lips have been very chapped this winter, and this is the only thing that helps quench them.
ELF Conditioning Lip Balm in Peaceful Pink - (reviewed here) This is my favorite tinted lip balm. Hate the packaging, but it feels great on the lips and is a perfect baby pink.
MAC Hue Lipstick - (reviewed here) This has been one of my favorite pink lipsticks for the past few years. It's just a great sheer, warm pink with a glossy finish. It feels moisturizing, doesn't accentuate dryness and doesn't "wash out" my complexion.
Smashbox Lip Enhancing Gloss in Pout - Although this isn't the best formula - after a while it can feel a little gummy on the lips, it's a great layering gloss for a touch of creamy, light pink. It's very similar to Nars Turkish Delight, and is a fab color, especially on cool-toned and light skin.
Chanel Bagatelle Glossimer - (reviewed here) Love this, and so sad it's not going to be around forever. I often wear it alone, and it brightens up my face with it's sparkly golden pink hue.
